RETURNS POLICY
Once you receive your order, you have (14) days to request a return authorization and return the unwanted item(s). Please follow the return process steps below. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We will let you know once we have received your return and processed your refund. You can track the status of your return in the Order Tracking section.
RETURNS PROCESS
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. The products must be in the same condition, original packaging and unused, bearing the original labels and accessories as well. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging included (Carton box, shoe box, dust bags, chain wrapped in tissue paper etc.); otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. We would like to kindly inform you that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, based on custom duties, the return cost may vary from Turkey to abroad.
*It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us due to customs reasons. Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your refund based on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.
You should follow the below steps;
1. Log in to your account and click “Orders” to view all of your orders.
2. Click “Request Refund” button next to the order you want to return. Please note that the orders which do not show “COMPLETED” on their “STATUS” won’t be eligible for return.
3. Choose and click which items you would like to return and click “Request Refund”.
4. Select reason for your return
5. Select the shipping service you would like to use.
a. DHL EXPRESS delivery: create a Return Label and send back the returned goods with our DHL account and our negotiated discounted rates. To proceed with this please contact with us at info@manuatelier.com
Please note: The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. After your refund is confirmed, you will see that the status has turned “active”.

LOCAL RETURNS (YURTİÇİ İADE PROSEDÜRÜ)
Siparişinizin size teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içerisinde, kullanılmamış ürünlerin zamanında iadesini kabul etmekten mutluluk duyarız. İade etmek istediğiniz ürünler aynı durumda, orijinal ambalajında ve kullanılmamış olmalıdır; orijinal etiket ve aksesuarları ile birlikte teslim edilmelidir. İade edeceğiniz ürünün, ürün bakım kartı, fatura ve ambalajı ile birlikte orijinal durumunda olduğundan emin olunuz (Karton kutu, ayakkabı kutusu, toz torbaları, pelur kağıda sarılı zincir vb.) Aksi takdirde, iadeniz kabul edilemeyip geri ödeme yapılamamaktadır. Müşterilerimiz kendi tercih ettiği kargo şirketi ile ürünü bize geri gönderebilir. Ürünlerin geri gönderiminde ortaya çıkacak gönderim ücreti müşterimiz tarafından karşılanacaktır. İade ürün Satıcı’ya, Satıcı ödemeli gönderilirse, kargo ücreti iade tutarından düşülecektir. Ürün, Manu Atelier iade adresine teslim edilene kadar müşterinin mesuliyetindedir. Ürünlerin iade edilebilmesi için iade koşullarına uyması gerekmektedir.
Aşağıdaki adımları izleyiniz;
1. Hesabınıza giriş yapın ve tüm siparişlerinizi görüntülemek için “Orders” butonuna tıklayın.
2. İade etmek istediğiniz siparişinizin yanında yer alan “Request Refund” butonuna tıklayın. “STATUS” bölümünde “COMPLETED” olarak belirtilmeyen siparişlerin iade işlemi için uygun olmayacağını belirtmek isteriz.
3. İade etmek istediğiniz ürünü seçin ve “Request Refund” butonuna tıklayın.
4. İade nedeninizi seçin.
5. Bilgilendirme formunda yer alan iade adresimize, kendi tercih edeceğiniz kargo şirketi ile ürününüzü gönderebilirsiniz.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Should you want to amend your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your initial order so a new purchase can be made. Once your order has been shipped, amendments and cancellations with the courier are not possible. We recommend returning your order and placing a new one.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
We do offer customers a pre-order option on a selection of our products. Please be aware that shipping dates on pre-order items are estimates only and goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed.
All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production. In the event of this the customer will be notified accordingly.
