Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped globally directly from our production facility in Istanbul/ Turkey and delivered to your home.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES
U.K. Orders – Standard Shipping up to 2-7 working days – 20£
*There are no import duties or import taxes applicable on UK
USA Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – Free
*There are no import duties or import taxes applicable on USA
EU Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – Free
*For all orders, taxes and customs fees may apply, depending on the local customs regulations in your country. These fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. These fees are usually between 15% to 30% of the total amount of your order value plus the shipping cost.
Rest of the world – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – 30$

PRE-ORDERS
The shipment date is indicated on our website. Pre-orders may take additional time for delivery, depending on your shipping location and other factors. The estimated shipment date for each pre-order is provided on our website.
SHIPPING
All delivery carriers provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that during holiday seasons and sales periods, delivery may take up to 10 days.
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier leaves the products at your nominated address. At that point, responsibility for the product transfers to you. A signature may be required from someone at the delivery address to confirm receipt. We work primarily with DHL Express for our worldwide shipmentsand delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.
International Orders (Including EU)
All orders arriving to a country outside of Turkey, needs to undergo a customs clearance process and customs charges (import duties and taxes) may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. The customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery. Manu Atelier has no control over such charges. These fees vary by country and are usually between 15% to 30% of the total amount of your order value plus the shipping cost. Should your item incur any fees, the customer will be contacted directly by DHL via email or phone to pay the necessary amount. Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and Manu Atelier cannot be held accountable for any of these charges.
You are also responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations, and rules as may be applicable in respect thereof. Therefore, our third party delivery agent companies may contact you and ask you to provide documents that can vary depending on the local customs authority (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney). Please note that this process may delay the delivery time as goods held in customs can only be released once the necessary charges for local authorities have been settled. To ensure your order reaches you within the specified delivery times we recommend providing all the required documents to the carrier at your earliest convenience. Estimated delivery times for international orders exclude the time required for customs clearance.
In case of returns, you will be refunded in full, excluding and import fees covered by us, excluding shipping charges and deducting the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Turkey.
U.K. & USA orders
There are no import duties or import taxes applicable on UK & USA orders. VAT is included in the prices, and it will be calculated and shown at checkout. Because our products are directly shipped from our workshop in Turkey, our third party delivery agent companies may need to contact you and ask you to provide documents for customs clearance purposes (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney).
In case of returns, you will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged, excluding shipping charges and deducting the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Turkey.
